How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions billed through iTunes 

On Mobile
  1. Open your iOS device Settings (not your Raaga Settings)
  2. Scroll down and select "iTunes & App Stores"
  3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page
  4. Tap "View Apple ID" on the pop-up menu
  5. This should take you to your "Account Settings" page
  6. Look for the section labeled "Subscriptions"
  7. Tap on Raaga under "Active"
  8. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom
On Desktop
  1. Open the iTunes desktop app
  2. Sign in using the Apple ID with which you purchased your subscription
  3. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose "Account"
  4. Click "View My Account"
  5. On the Account Information page, scroll to the "Settings" section and find the "Subscription" option
  6. To the right of Raaga, click "Edit"
  7. Click the  "Cancel Subscription" button for Raaga

Subscriptions billed through Google Play 

On Mobile
  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap on the Menu
  3. Select "My Subscriptions"
  4. Select
  5. Scroll down and tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Desktop
  1. Open Google Play
  2. Make sure you're signed into the Gmail account with which you purchased your subscription
  3. Select "My Subscriptions"
  4. Select
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Subscriptions billed through

From desktop (not mobile), log into > Profile icon (top right-hand corner) >Update Profile  > Subscriptions Details (right mos  tab) and Cancel Membership button..(

Once you have canceled your subscription, you can opt for Premium again once your subscription ends. You can alternatively opt for Premium once your cancellation goes through. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
